Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2026
These Terms of Service (Terms) are a contract between you and MAJORIS LLC and its affiliates (MAJORISO, we, us) and govern your use of the MAJORISO platform: the store builder, wholesale catalogue, dashboards, Partner Program, and related services. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.
The service
MAJORISO is a hosted software platform that lets you open a branded online store on your own domain, sell your own products, add curated wholesale products from our supplier network, use built-in sales tools, and take part in the Partner Program. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be old enough to enter a binding contract in your country. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the content and products you publish.
Plans, fees, and billing
- Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through Stripe. Starter is a free plan available for 6 months with an eligible Partner Code.
- Each plan has a MAJORISO Platform Fee on successful storefront sales (Starter 1.7%, Plus 1.0%, Pro 0.75%, Business 0.5%), in addition to standard Stripe processing rates.
- Fees and plan details are shown at signup and in your dashboard, and may change with notice. Taxes are your responsibility unless stated otherwise.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel anytime. Your paid plan stays active until the end of the current billing cycle, and you are not charged for the next cycle. Subscription fees and platform fees already incurred are non-refundable except where required by law. See our Refunds policy for details.
Payments and Merchant of Record
Storefront payments are processed through Stripe. Each seller acts as the merchant for sales made on their own storefront and is responsible for fulfillment, taxes, and customer service for those sales. MAJORISO provides the platform and collects its platform fee and any applicable subscription fees.
Wholesale catalogue and suppliers
Products in the wholesale catalogue are provided by independent suppliers. When a customer orders a wholesale product, the order is fulfilled through the supplier. Availability, production time, shipping, and return rules vary by supplier and product. You set your own retail price and are responsible for how you present these products to your customers.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the platform lawfully and in line with our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the platform, or create legal or security risk.
Your content
You keep ownership of the content and products you upload. You grant us the limited license needed to host and display them so we can operate your store and the platform.
Disclaimers and liability
The platform is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes and governing terms
We may update these Terms as the platform evolves and will post the new version here. Continued use after changes means you accept them. The Partner Program, supplier listings, privacy, cookies, and refunds are governed by their respective policies, which form part of these Terms.
