This Privacy Policy explains how MAJORIS LLC and its affiliates (MAJORISO, we, us) collect, use, share, and protect personal data when you use the MAJORISO platform, including our website, store builder, wholesale catalogue, dashboards, and Partner Program. It applies to sellers, suppliers, partners, and visitors.
Who we are

Data we collect
- Account data: your name, email, password (hashed), business name, and store address.
- Billing data: plan, subscription status, and payment metadata. Card details are processed by Stripe and are never stored on our servers.
- Storefront and operational data: products, orders, customers, payouts, and support tickets created while you run your store.
- Partner and supplier data: referral activity, application details, and payout information for approved partners and suppliers.
- Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, and usage logs used for security and to operate the service.
How we use data
- To provide, operate, and secure the platform and your store.
- To process subscriptions, fees, payouts, and wholesale orders.
- To run the Partner Program and supplier network.
- To provide support and send service and account notifications.
- To detect fraud and abuse, and to meet legal and tax obligations.
How we share data
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers and parties needed to run the platform:
- Stripe, for payment processing and payouts.
- Suppliers in our network, to fulfill wholesale orders you place on their products.
- Infrastructure, email, and analytics providers acting on our instructions.
- Authorities where required by law, and parties to a merger or acquisition.
Legal bases (GDPR) and KVKK
Where the EU GDPR applies, we process data to perform our contract with you, to meet legal obligations, for our legitimate interests in operating and securing the platform, and with your consent where required. For users in Turkey, we process personal data in line with the KVKK (Law No. 6698). You may exercise your rights under either framework as described below.
International transfers
We operate across the United States, Turkey, and the United Arab Emirates, and use service providers that may process data in other countries. Where data leaves your region, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
Retention
We keep account and store data while your account is active and for a limited period after cancellation so you can reactivate, then we delete or anonymize it unless we must keep it for legal, tax, or security reasons.
Your rights
