Supplier Terms
Last updated: June 2026
These terms govern suppliers who list products in the MAJORISO wholesale catalogue. By applying to or selling through the catalogue, you agree to them, together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Becoming a supplier
Makers, wholesalers, and selected suppliers can apply to list products. Applications and products are reviewed before approval to keep the catalogue curated and high quality. We may decline, remove, or unlist products or suppliers at our discretion.
Your products and listings
- You must have the right to sell the products you list and own or license all related content and images.
- Listings must be accurate, including descriptions, pricing, availability, lead times, and shipping and return rules.
- You must keep stock and availability up to date so sellers and their customers are not misled.
Orders and fulfillment
When a seller's customer orders your product, you fulfill and ship it according to the terms shown on your listing. You are responsible for product quality, packaging, production time, delivery, and for handling defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
Pricing, fees, and payouts
You set your wholesale price; the seller sets their own retail price. Applicable platform fees, commissions, and payout terms are shown in your supplier dashboard and your supplier agreement. Payouts are made on the schedule shown there, after any required verification, and may be held where there is a dispute or risk.
Returns and disputes
You must honor the return and warranty rules you publish for each product and applicable consumer law. Order disputes are handled through the platform's dispute process. We may hold related payouts until a dispute is resolved.
Compliance
You are responsible for your own taxes, licenses, product safety, labeling, and legal obligations. You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy and not list prohibited or infringing products.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms and the catalogue rules with notice. Either party may end the relationship; obligations for orders already placed continue until they are fulfilled or resolved.
