Refund and Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your MAJORISO subscription at any time from your dashboard. Your paid plan stays active until the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged for the next cycle. After cancellation your storefront is taken offline and your data is kept for a limited period so you can reactivate.

Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable for the current period, except where a refund is required by applicable law. The MAJORISO Platform Fee applied to completed storefront sales, and standard payment processing fees, are non-refundable once a sale has been processed.

Starter is free for 6 months with an eligible Partner Code, so there is nothing to refund. At the end of the period your storefront pauses until you choose a paid plan. There is no automatic charge.

You are the merchant for sales made on your own storefront. Refunds, returns, and customer service for those orders are your responsibility and follow the refund and return policy you publish on your store. You should set clear policies and follow the laws that apply to your business and customers.

For products fulfilled through the MAJORISO wholesale network, return eligibility and rules vary by supplier and product. Many items are custom, handmade, made-to-order, or personalized, so returns may be limited unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered. The applicable rules are shown with the product.
