No. MAJORISO is built for sellers, creators, and business owners, not developers. You can choose a design, add your products, connect your domain, and start managing orders from your dashboard without writing code.

Starter is a $0/month plan available for 6 months with an eligible Partner Code. It lets you open your store, access MAJORISO's core tools, and start selling before choosing a paid plan. Starter has a higher MAJORISO Platform Fee than paid plans, and after 6 months you must upgrade to Plus, Pro, or Business to keep your storefront live.

A Partner Code is a referral code shared by an approved MAJORISO Partner, such as a content creator, mentor, agency, or e-commerce educator. It can unlock special Starter offers, including 6-month Starter access or discounts on paid plans, depending on the offer available at signup.

If you do not have a Partner Code, you can still choose a paid plan and start with the available trial or Starter offer shown at checkout.

At the end of the 6-month Starter period, your storefront is paused until you choose a paid plan. Your products, orders, customers, and store settings remain saved. Once you upgrade, your store can go live again. There is no automatic charge unless you choose a paid plan.

Every plan has a small MAJORISO Platform Fee on each successful storefront sale, on top of standard Stripe processing rates. Starter is 1.7%, Plus is 1.0%, Pro is 0.75%, and Business is 0.5%. The fee is deducted automatically before payout, so there is nothing to invoice separately.

Yes. You can connect your own domain to your MAJORISO store, and SSL is included. If you already own a domain, you can point it to MAJORISO from your domain provider. If you need help, our setup guide will walk you through the steps.

MAJORISO curates its wholesale catalogue with selected B2B suppliers. You can browse available products, add them to your store, set your own retail price, and keep product information updated through sync tools. Order handling, availability, shipping times, and return rules may vary depending on the supplier and product.

The MAJORISO Partner Program is designed for approved creators, mentors, agencies, and e-commerce educators who introduce MAJORISO to their audience. Approved Partners receive Partner Codes, track referred stores from their dashboard, and can earn long-term partner rewards from qualified referred activity. Applications are reviewed before approval.

Yes. You can upgrade when you need lower platform fees or more advanced features. Upgrades can take effect immediately. Downgrades usually apply at the next billing cycle. Starter users can move to any paid plan at any time.

If you cancel, your storefront is taken offline and billing stops according to your plan terms. We may keep your store data for a limited period so you can reactivate your account more easily. Before permanent deletion, you should export any data you need to keep.

If you sell your own products, you manage your own shipping, delivery, returns, refunds, and customer policies.

If you sell products from the MAJORISO wholesale network, order handling, production time, shipping method, return eligibility, and related rules vary depending on the supplier and product. Many products in the network are custom, handmade, made-to-order, or personalized, so return options can be limited unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered.

Store owners are responsible for clearly displaying their own shipping and return policies to customers and for following the laws that apply to their business and customers. Yes, you can sell your own products. MAJORISO is your store, so you can sell your existing products, personalized products, services, digital offers, or curated wholesale products from the MAJORISO network. You are free to use your store in the way that fits your business.

If you use MAJORISO Pay powered by Stripe, your store payments can be paid out based on the payout schedule available in your account, such as daily, weekly, or monthly where supported. Payout timing may depend on Stripe, your country, your bank, verification status, and account risk review.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your current paid period remains active until the end of the billing cycle, and you will not be charged for the next cycle after cancellation. Some usage-based fees, payment processing fees, platform fees, or previously incurred charges may still apply.
